• Distributors must exercise caution while dealing with various Manufacturers.
• The Company does not control or is liable for the quality, safety, or suitability of products.
• The Company will not mediate or resolve disputes between parties.

Term and Termination

These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. The Company reserves the right to deny access to any User for breach of these Terms or applicable law, and may terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any legal action shall be conducted in courts located in Uttar Pradesh.
